One more update from Robyn, who now gets to close this chapter in her life.

"So today was the day and she showed up for court...even though it was an hour and half late she showed up. After a bunch of bs she was ultimately sentenced to 3 years probation, required to have a substance abuse evaluation with treatment if required and 120 hours of community service (which I specifically requested). It’s not as stern a sentence I would have preferred but it’s better than nothing and I encourage EVERYONE to hold their stance and don’t back down if something like this should unfortunately happen to you!"

Thank you, Robyn, for being #SilentNoMore.

Here is the list of Congresspeople that did not support HR 1309 during the last hearing. They need to hear from us.

What is HR 1309 and why is it important? Please see silentnomorefnd.com/what-is-h-r-1309/

From Robyn: "The assailant didn’t show up for her pre sentencing meeting with probation back in June and a bench warrant was issued. She showed up for court over 3 hours late and was arrested again so sentencing can be rescheduled. Sentencing has been confirmed for tomorrow Friday August 23 at 10am. Elizabeth county court house, Tower Building 3rd Floor, Judge Daniel. Anyone that would like to be there as a show of support to end violence to EMS personnel is welcome!"

Are you available and able to get to New Jersey today by 10:00? Support our EMS sister. Support Robyn as she is #SilentNoMore.

😱 supporting in N.Y.

Supporting from Kansas!

Good luck with this, EMS being out on is tough. Going into places that you called to go on is tough. You folks deserve a lot of credit! Thank you for doing this job. Stophealthcareviolence.org

If I were in NJ, I would try to be there. Good luck.

EMS in Maryland has a felony law. Call your delegate if you do not have one. It's nice to have neighboring states as a reference.

Prayers for justice
